This rare Princess Elizabeth locomotive is finished in LMS Burgundy Livery complete with 18ct Gold plated wheels, valve gear, buffers, hand rails, footplate, and gold plated display track.

is number 1,825 of a Limited Edition of 5,000 Locomotives, complete with an authentic numbered certificate.
The item is Brand New (MIMB) and comes complete with the original presentation box and documentation.
This item was produced as a special memento for the
Queen’s Golden Jubilee in 2002
and whilst not intended for work on a layout, it is a fully working motorized model.
It should be noted however that the gold plating was not designed to be used in this way and will likely wear quite rapidly if so run.
Please note that I purchased the Locomotive brand new and it has never been removed from its box packaging. Consequently, the coupled picture of the locomotive and tender shown in my photographs is a stock image.
