This locomotive has been professionally made and painted from an Etched Brass / White Metal kit by Jamieson or similar.
There are some marks to the paint from this vintage model.
Fitted with a brass chassis and a Romford type open motor with fine gearing.
The motor is working, but not well. There seems to be a bind in the
motion
when moving forwards, but not really noticeable when in reverse. The motor probably needs replacing and any gearing alignment issues addressed.
Comes in a the storage box shown.
