This is a nicely made locomotive that needs finishing.
There is no way of mounting the main body to each wheeled chassis. It needs a mounting plate added to both brass chassis' and you will be away.
It is powered by two working Romford XO4 type motors in each chassis with scale driving wheels. The valve mechanism looks like it is Wrenn.
With a little fettling you will be away.
Comes in the storage box shown.
