This album is new but it does have some imperfections from storage. There is a ding on the back cover (see photo, top corner of mini ark scene) and 2 of the pages have "ghost" shadows on them from a previous piece of paper (no photo as this was noticed only during listing). Otherwise, this album is in excellent condition and is ready for some cute pics of your little precious one.
