    ethic artefact v2 complete scooter it does have some wear and tear but very minor i had bought this scooter in hopes to start riding again so i did ride it a few times but there is nothing wrong with it at all no flat spots, cracks/bends all bearings are good it has an IHC compression system so you will not be able to cut the bars down in height but as of now they are 22.8 wide and 24.5 high
