    Hangers have been used, some more than others.
    This lot is for 80 16" Black heavy duty plastic hangers.  The hook is metal and it will turn, but not easily.  Hangers are very smooth, no rough edges, and have been used in my store for many many years.  It is rare that one of these breaks with normal use.  Metal hook may show signs of oxidation or slight rust from being in storage.
