This is in EXCELLENT condition! Only thing to note is slight bend on first page as pictured! NO writing, water damage or tears!! This is UNUSED!!! Very unique and amazing illustrations!!! Designed by Mildred Davis Conte, printed in USA, NO COPYRIGHT!! Her other albums are dated early 40’s, I’m guessing this is one of the firsts!!
Measures 12” by 9”.
